feature local and organic produce as much as possible and
include fresh
fruit salad, breads, rice cakes, oat cakes as well as a full
cooked Welsh with vegan sausages. They also
do 3 course evening meals for £10 per head - an
example is Moroccan aubergine pate (Babaganoush) with home
made ciabatta bread, Mushroom loaf with mashed sweet
potatoes and salad, followed by strawberries dipped in Green
& Blacks dark chocolate. They can also provide packed
lunches at £4 per head. Organic
soaps, shampoos and cleaning products are used whenever
possible.
