Comments: The
vegetarian breakfast can be vegan if you ask for another
sausage to replace the egg and no butter on your toast.
Sausages and hash browns are OK. Breakfast served until
noon and 2pm on Saturday and Sunday. You can also have the houmous
special sandwich or baguette without butter. Soya milk
available but the biscuits with the coffee contain milk
chocolate. Staff are very helpful and understand veganism.

tofu dishes. The vegetarian crispy shredded chicken is
vegan. The sweet and sour beancurd (Hong Kong Style) is
normally coated in egg. Inform them you are vegan and
don’t want any egg in your dishes. They are helpful and
will accommodate this.

dishes are a bit unusual, in a good way and the chef seems
quite happy to prepare suitable food if you tell them you
are vegan. Nicely decorated with fairy lights and modern
art and everything.

restaurant and takeaway. The staff are good on telling
you what is suitable for vegans to eat. From the
vegetarian selection Subzi Balti, Chana Dhansak, Subzi
Dhansak, Balti Bhindi and Baigan Bhartha are vegan. All
the vegetable side dishes are suitable except Tarka Dhal,
Chana Massala Bhajee and Saag Paneer. They will make side
dishes into mains if you request. None of the Pilau rices
are suitable for vegans.
