the side vegetable dishes except Tarka Dall are vegan and it
is pretty cheap.

they seem quite helpful. Apparently most of the Indian
dishes are cooked in vegetable rather than butter ghee.
There are vegetarian duck, bean curd and vegetable dishes on
the Chinese menu.
