restaurant that offers an extensive vegan menu. You do
need to pre-order 48 hours in advance. There is one
starter and one dessert option containing honey, so I
would check when ordering about the absence of honey in
your dishes.
The menu is as follows: -
Starters: Mixed bean soup; Crispy potato skins filled with
tomato salsa & bean sprout salad; Indonesian hot rice
salad.
Mains:
Baked aubergine timbale filled with mediterranean
vegetables, sauted spinach & tomato basil sauce; Tofu
& vegetable kebabs on a bed of Moroccan cous-cous;
Cashew nut & vegetable paella; Lentil loaf with
roasted vegetables & yellow pepper couli; Stuffed
spicy Chinese cabbage leaves, rice noodles and sweet &
sour sauce.
Desserts: Carpaccio of pineapple with Grand Marnier syrup;
Mango sago pudding with red berry compote; Terrine of
orchard fruits with Calvados syrup; Baklava served on
sliced exotic fruits. Golf-tastic!
